Born in 1881 at Port Pirie followed a boy who died at birth, she married an Electrican Alfred O'Connor, and was succeeded by a son leslie who was educated at Trinity Grammer, Sydney: having studied for Accounting he joined his father's business - a large bakery - and finally set up on his own in the country town of Gilgandra.
